When you first come into the clinic, our receptionist will welcome you in, make sure you’re comfortable and have you fill out a quick medical history form.
You’ll then meet your dentist, Dr Michael.
Dr Michael will take you back into the treatment room and listen to your needs.

Dr Michael starts with a full check-up. He looks at your whole body, not just your mouth.
Start with the full picture. We ask about your health, your medications, and any recent illness or pregnancy. What happens in your body affects your mouth too.
See what is really going on. X-rays and scans show us what is happening under the surface. You see the same pictures we do.
Nothing missed. We check every tooth and look for early warning signs.. Then we clean your teeth properly, clearing away the hard buildup that brushing cannot reach.
Walk out knowing what to do next. Dr Michael shows you how to brush and floss the right way, and gives you advice on electric toothbrushes. You leave with a plan made for your mouth, not a generic one.

Our appointments last about 50-60 minutes for our new patient cleans, depending on the needs of each individual patient.
Dr Michael will be happy to answer any questions you have during your initial appointment, and there will be time during your demonstration to ask any questions you have about subsequent appointments.
If you have to make a subsequent booking after your initial appointment, our reception team will gladly assist you.

The retail value of the new patient consultation is $275
What does the new patient consultation include
The new patient consultation includes a pre-assessment, x-rays and imaging, a deep clean, scale, and polish, and brushing and flossing demonstration. We encourage patients to talk about their concerns and after your Intraoral photos + OPG/X-rays, you'll begin your clean immediately.
This includes:
An Intraoral photo imaging session (which also includes X-Ray) to spot any underlying dental issues.
A comprehensive treatment plan personalised just for you.
A detailed clean, scale, and polish of your teeth.
Detailed after-clean care instructions and demonstrations with your dentist.
Once you have had your new patient session, there is no obligation whatsoever to go ahead with further Lifetime Smiles treatment should you feel it is not the right fit for you. We will discuss all the options that are suitable for your individual needs should you wish to explore different alternatives.
If you can't make it to your appointment
If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, please let us know by contacting the clinic. We will also send out a confirmation SMS at least 2 days prior to the appointment date. This helps us to schedule in other patients should you not be able to make it.
